Delivery time 2 to 3 days
Our aim is that orders received before 2 pm are sent the same day. This means that normally you will receive your products 2 to 3 days after you place your order.
Paying by invoice or card
We would like your shopping experience to be simple and quick, irrespective of whether you purchase at a cash desk or pay online.
You can always choose to pay by invoice or by card online.
You shop securely and easily if you select payment by invoice. You never have to enter any card details and you always pay after you have received your products. Payment has to be made within 2 weeks. An invoicing charge of SEK 19.90 is not included.
When paying by card, you enter the card type and card details. We use an authorised credit card acquirer that handles all card details, and we do not handle or store any payment details. For your security, transfers are of course encrypted and we support 3D-secure.
Freight cost of SEK 34.90
When shopping with us you pay a charge of SEK 34.90 which covers everything: service, handling and freight. The charge is the same no matter how much shopping you do.
The cooling off period is 14 days
Both the delivery note and the returns label are emailed to you with your delivery confirmation. If you need to return something, simply fill in the returns label, print it and enclose it with your return.
For hygienic reasons briefs and swimwear cannot be returned. (Faulty products can, of course, be returned)
If you paid by card, the money for returns is put back on the card. If you pay by invoice, the return amount is adjusted by you on the invoice. Draw off the value of the products to be returned. Remember to add the return postage cost of SEK 34.90 to the total amount to pay.
If we have sent incorrect or faulty products then we will of course bear the cost of the return postage.
N.B.! A new invoice is not sent to you in the case of returns. Use the original invoice when paying.
