MARIA, ART DIRECTOR
My name is Maria Stenström. I'm 25 years old and I come from Piteå, up in the northern part of Sweden. During my free time, I often go to hip-hop concerts, have dinner with my friends or drink coffee at a cosy café. In the winter, I love going snowboarding in the mountains.
My work: I've been working with e-commerce since 2011 and right now, I'm the Art Director for ginatricot.com. I'm responsible for how the entire website looks, plus our social media, newsletters and other channels such as blog portals and digital advertising. Things that motivate me are finding challenges and new ways to develop, both professionally and personally. My goal is to be able to grow in the area that I love the most – furthering my skills in e-commerce, marketing and design. Inspired by: I'm inspired by just about anything! Mostly music, media or street-fashion. For me, the line between work and home often becomes somewhat blurred. Fashion, music, creativity and design – they're all intertwined

JESSICA, DESIGN TECHNICIAN
I'm a happy, creative, handy 43-year-old who loves clothes, shoes, accessories, decorating, art and music.
My work: I work as a design technician, which involves transforming design sketches into patterns and instructions that are distributed to our suppliers throughout the world. I'm the one who is responsible for how a garment fits. I measure samples and I'm in charge of the fittings on our models. After that, I review all the information with my team. It is both fun and inspiring to get to work with something I'm passionate about. The job also involves interaction with fantastic colleagues, a strong sense of team spirit and plenty of laughter every single day.
Inspired by: Everything from nature to the glossy magazines and our work environment.
"It's a fun, inspiring job that involves plenty of laughter every single day."
MALIN, BUSINESS AREA STRATEGIST
My name is Malin and I work as business area strategist/controller. I have a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in financial control. I've always been fascinated in other cultures, so at certain times I've chosen to live overseas. I've studied in USA and Singapore, and I worked for a year at Gina Tricot in Germany. I also enjoy shorter trips, like week-long ski vacations or weekends to an exciting big city somewhere in the world. For everyday, a good meal at home with friends is what I enjoy more than anything else!
My work: As business area controller/strategist, my work involves translating analyses into action. I'm motivated by the goal of maximizing sales and getting the team to focus on that as well. I love the fast pace at Gina Tricot and the short decision paths.
Inspired by: People and their history are my greatest source of inspiration!

My name is Hanna Marzouki Widlund and I work as a stylist at Gina Tricot. I'm 21 years old and I live in Borås, which is where our head office is located. Fashion is not only my job, it's also my passion.
My work: If you ask me, I've got the best job in the world and as a stylist, each day is quite different from the next. One day, I might be involved in collecting garments that can be used to create outfits for upcoming shoots. Another day might involve trend seeking, creating inspiration boards or looking for accessories and shoes for the next styling. It's an awesome job with a fast pace and new things happening all the time. Working with something you are passionate about is like a dream come true!
Inspired by: I'm inspired by street style. I travel quite a lot and my eyes are always searching for well dressed guys and girls on the street. I'm not usually inspired by an overall look, but when something specific stands out, I will use it for styling jobs or my own outfits. I can also be greatly inspired by different types of environments, fashion assignments, lookbooks and blogs!
"Working with something you are passionate about is like a dream come true!"
NORA, PRODUCT DEVELOPER
I'm a film fanatic, who lives to draw and go to museums whenever I get the chance. I got my education in Paris – a bachelor's degree in fashion design. .
My work: My work involves both design and purchasing. It has a lot of variation and I'm involved in many aspects of a product's design. In 2014, I'll be working at our office in Shanghai, which will be very exciting. There, together with the other girls at the office, I'll be a link between our suppliers in China and the head office in Sweden. The thing I like about working at Gina Tricot is that one day is never quite like the next. We are one big family, and you feel very much a part of things and close to one another
Inspired by: Art and film are incredibly inspiring! The artists Soulage and Jean Michel Basquait are just two examples that you simply must check out. I also love films from the 1970s and 1990s.
