When you place an order with us, our goal is always for you to take delivery within 3-5 weekdays. You’ll always get free shipping on orders when you collect your order at one of our stores. Otherwise, the shipping cost is EUR 5.90.
You’ll receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you’ve placed your order. You will also get a delivery notification as soon as your order is sent from our warehouse. You are always welcome to contact our customer service if you have any questions. We are happy to assist with any questions you might have about our products or your order.
How do I register as a member?
To register as a member, just click on the profile icon next to your shopping bag. There you will find more information about how to register as a member, as well as the benefits you will receive as a member.
What fees do you charge?
The most economical option is to have your order sent to one of our stores. There are no additional fees associated with that option. When checking out, just click on the option “Pick up at store”, then, select the store that you want to have your order delivered to. For orders with home delivery shipping charges of EUR 5.90 will be charged. When you return an item to our online warehouse, there will be a charge of EUR 5.90. It is also possible that the same amount will be charged when you return an item that you feel is defective and we do not approve the complaint.
I can’t login.
Check your use of lower and uppercase in the email address and password. Then, try logging in again. If that still doesn’t work, try resetting your password.
When GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) entered into force, we deleted profiles where the user had not clicked the box to approve our user terms. We also deleted profiles that were no longer active. If you were able to login before, but no longer can, this is probably the reason. Our recommendation in that case is that you simply register as a member again.
I want to return an item, but I’m unable to login on the website. What should I do?
You can return an item to us even without logging in on our website. Just attach the return sticker that came with your order to the package. Be sure to also include a slip of paper with the reason for the return (for example, wrong size, etc.). We ask you to do this so that we can differentiate between returns and complaints, thus assessing whether there will be any charges for the return. You don’t need to include any other information. That’s all we need to process your return. If you’d like to return an item to one of our stores, all you need to do is bring it with you, along with the order number, so that we can process it.
