We work with carefully selected suppliers and value long-term relations. In 2024, we counted 54 suppliers in total. 91 % of our production came from 20 of them.

During 2024, Gina Tricot decided to initiate three in-store fundraising campaigns in support of UNICEF’s work for children affected by conflicts and disasters. A total of

383 902 SEK

were donated by Gina Tricot customers.

Our suppliers are audited regularly. Audits are performed through amfori BSCI, and consist of checking up on 13 areas, such as decent working hours, fair pay, working conditions, child labour, forced labour and discrimination. During 2024, amfori BSCI made 51 inspections of units working for us.

To find out what sustainability efforts that are most important to our operations, we use a double materiality approach. We assess both social and environmental impacts of out value chain and evaluate potential risks related to climate change, resource use and human rights.

In 2024, our own personnel carried out

270 audits

in Tier 1 and 2 productions units connected to Gina Tricot.

We are pleased to share that our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) across the entire organization reached a score of 25. In 2024, we measured the engagement of the entire organization and this outcome highlights the strong engagement and positive sentiment among our employees, indicating that a significant number of our team members are willing to recommend Gina Tricot as a great place to work.
