An important message from Gina Tricot regarding COVID-19
First of all, we hope you are safe and that you are following the regulations your governments and WHO has provided during this difficult time.
As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19), the safety of our customers and Gina Tricot staff worldwide is our highest priority, and we are taking all precautions necessary to ensure this. For the time being we have cancelled all of our events and those who can, work from home.
While most of our stores remain open, some have been closed due to new regulations and some store hours have also been modified. If you can’t find your store in the scroll down list it means it is currently closed until further notice.
To ensure the safety in store, we have added some safety precautions such as: more cleaning hours, sanitizing procedures and checklists for our store associates to follow in order to be as safe as possible.
What you as a customer can do:
– Follow the public authority’s recommendations
– Keep the recommended distance and show consideration if there is a line in store
– Contact our customer support if you have questions
We know that many of you will stay at home as much as possible during the coming days or weeks, so for that reason we have decided to prolong the pickup time for your packages in store to 30 days for all purchases.
Our online store is currently open as usual with high safety measures being taken at our warehouse.
