Shoe sizes and dimensions may vary between models, depending on the height and shape of the heel.
Measure the foot length by placing a ruler on the floor, making sure the surface is flat. The ruler must be placed straight along the inside of the foot, and then measure from the heel to the end of the toes.
Add 0.3-0.5 cm to the measurement and base the size on the final length.
One foot may be longer than the other one, which is absolutely normal. Always measure the longest foot and base the size on that. If the result is between two sizes, choose the larger one.

The height of the heel is measured from the upper edge of the heel to the floor.
