We design products to last. With a customer claims rate of just 0.30%, we continue to deliver reliable quality to our customers.

Through initiatives like Gina Tricot Young Pre-Loved, we extend the life of garments and take steps towards a more circular fashion model.


During 2024, we continued our dedicated efforts to reduce our return rate. The most significant improvement is seen in the German (-9.5%) and Dutch markets (-9.3%), but all markets show a positive trend. In terms of product categories, knitwear and homewear have contributed the most to this positive trend, but our partywear has also shown a significantly lower return rate.

All suppliers are now connected to our traceability platform, increasing transparency across every stage of our products and preparing us for future requirements.
